After you've purchased your Groupon Goods item, we communicate with our fulfillment network to process your order. To bring you great deals on thousands of products, this processing can take several days.
- Please allow time for the item to be shipped out—most items will be delivered in 7–12 business days, check the Fine Print to see the delivery window.
- It may take 3–9 business days for the item to ship and for tracking data to be available.
- You can track the status of your package. From a computer, visit My Groupons, click View Details, then Track Package. On your mobile device, tap your order, then Track Package.
- When the status says Processing Order, we're still working on fulfilling your product. The status will change to Preparing to Ship after your item is packed and ready to be shipped.
- Once your item ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. You can continue to view progress on the Track Package page.
- Note: after shipment, it may take 24–48 hours to see movement on the carrier's tracking page.
