After you cancel your Groupon purchase:
- Your Groupon order will be removed from your account or marked as "Refunded" on your My Groupons page
- We send you an email confirming the Groupon order was refunded—keep this email for your records
- For all refunds to a credit or debit card, allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your card statement
- Please note: if you cancel immediately after purchase, you'll still need to allow this time for your card statement to be credited
If you're returning a Goods item:
- Expect a refund in 2–3 weeks from the time you mail back the item
- Allow time for the item to be shipped back and processed at our returns center
- After we receive the return package, we'll issue the refund and send you a confirmation email
